Born and raised in Vancouver, Kieron is a prolific artist who creates mixed media works on canvas. Self taught, his abstract paintings are rich in both texture and colour. Incorporating unconventional materials to ad dimension, his paintings evoke a visually tactile experience for the viewer. His art is often inspired by the environment around him; the structure and composition of a vibrant urban centre surrounded by the muted tones of the west coast are common themes in his work.

With an extensive career in the commercial design industry, Kieron sought to find a creative balance in the fine arts. He first put a brush to canvas at age 42 and has never looked back. Now, 15 years later, his work continues to gain interest and is in demand.

"I've always been driven to express myself through visual art. Drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, design. It builds in me. When I get to my studio, when I paint... there is no better outlet".

His work is sold privately. Commissioned pieces are collaborative with consultation with the buyer.
